Thanks again to everyone for your feedback on the scenarios. This is very helpful as we go forward.
The Working Group is trying to pare down the scenarios to come up with a few (2 or 3) workable ones. These will be presented at a public consultation on June 20 at Nepean High School (details to follow) where we'd like to get broad based community feedback.
At this point in time, Scenario C and F have been set aside. The Working Group will focus on combining variations of A, variations of D, and further evaluating those along with B and E. New ideas and scenarios are also continually being brought to our attention so watch for posts on these as well.
The challenge is that no true "magic bullet" solution has appeared yet. There are issues with all of the scenarios to date (many of which have already been discussed on this forum and elsewhere) so the Group is looking at how to mitigate some of those issues as we go forward. The main difficulty is how interrelated all of the schools are - this becomes more obvious as the discussion continues - and how resistant to change people tend to be.
