Hey everyone
A couple of us were chatting after drop off this morning, thinking that the scramble to Devonshire after dropping off our JK kids at Connaught was a little tight. If you're a walking family and have kids in both places, would you be interested in a walking bus that would meet up at Connaught? We can talk timing and logistics when we know who wants in

We'd be interested, but might not work geographically as we need to (or would prefer to at least) go from East to West, as we're coming from Chinatown and Christopher works near Parkdale. We plan to do the drop off at Devonshire at 8:15 and then bike or drive over to Connaught for 8:20 on the dot. Thanks for getting the ball rolling, Vicky! How long did it take to walk between the two schools?

Well, we live across from Connaught so my daughter and a couple of her friends are doing a walking group straight down Gladstone from Connaught every morning... Last year there were about 8-12 of them in various grades but this year I think there are only three of them so far. They typically leave 8ish and I'm told it takes about 15-20 minutes given their speed (seems a bit slow to me : )

Martha it might be easier to find others in the East who can collaborate on a Walking bus for the older kids. At any rate it takes about 15 minutes to walk between the schools, depending on the kids' paces
