I just wanted to let everyone know that our experience at Connaught has been very positive so far. We have been very impressed by both the teachers and the ECE workers in the kindergarten program - particularly their commitment to offer a wide variety of opportunities for hands-on learning for the kids. So far Audrey's class has had visits from a beekeeper, the CNIB and a fire truck, and they had a speaker about Diwali who also gave them henna tattoos! She was pretty thrilled about that. They had an assembly about electricity safety that also left quite an impression. She gets mad at me every day when I pick her up from Extended Care - a good sign.

I share Vicki's enthusiasm for the JK programme and the Connaught community so far. I don't have any children currently at Devonshire, but I know some of the great stuff that happens there. My son's classroom at Connaught is always such a bright, colourful space when I arrive, bubbling with activity. He can't wait to get there in the morning.
